This year, I’m excited to participate in the National outreach project, Artists Sunday - a movement dedicated to making the holidays more artful and supporting artists and our communities instead of the big corporations that go nuts on Black Friday!

What is Artists Sunday?

Artists Sunday is the world’s largest art event, taking place on November 30th, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It’s a special day to shop with artists, discover unique gifts, and make a positive impact in your local community.

Here in my studio, I have a few exciting things happening for Artists Sunday!

SMALL ESCAPES LAUNCH: My New Collection drops on 11/30 for Artists Sunday!

I can't wait to share these new small gems! Remember those "Choose your own adventure" games? It's sort of like that, with a trio of paths to take: Wander the Peaks, Linger by the Pond, or Drift Along the Coast - energizing explorations in bold oil pastels. I had so much fun creating these! (Subscribe here to receive early access.) I'll also be offering The Drawing Workshop again in January at Studio Piano Nobile, so I can share my process with folks - it's a jam packed 3 hours that yields a lot of creativity and fun! Join me if you'd like to learn how to create your own adventure, and take home a set of oil pastels and fine art papers too!

GATHERINGS to Connect & Create

I also know that the holidays can be both energizing and draining! If you'd like to get creative and gather with your loved ones to draw or paint, or want to plan a post-holiday creative refresh in the new year, please get in touch to schedule a private art party or small group art lesson. I have room for 1-2 gatherings in mid to late December, and am also scheduling for January and February.

I'm also hosting my annual Holiday Open Studio at Building C, and will have a few surprises there too! But, I'm still working on those, so mark your calendars to come visit on December 13th from 2-9pm!
