Wenatchee Sunflowers II
Small, native sunflowers peek from between the trees on a forested hillside in the foothills above the Wenatchee in Central Washington. This is the last piece from a series that I created when I first discovered that we have native sunflowers in Washington! The lovely blue-greens add just the right contrast to warm golden yellows and earth reds from Gamblin's limited edition reclaimed earth pigments. Ready to hang in a natural pine floater frame finished with beeswax.
